What’s going on!

I’m sure many of you are wondering what’s going on in my neck of the woods.  I haven’t updated the book trailer for the week, featured reads came and went with no featured reads and I know I told many of you I wanted to do  something for Memorial Day.

It all just didn’t happen and I’m gonna tell you why.

I’ve been helping my mom  out with stuff around the house.  When I hurt my back a year ago, it was a huge uphill battle for me to get better.  No painkillers just physical therapy, anti-inflammatory and more physical therapy.  I was told during this time to be careful.  No heavy lifting and no bending.  Things like that.   With my dad getting sicker and having to run to the doctors a lot, things around here haven’t been getting done the way they should be.  So I, like the trooper I am, stepped up to the plate.  I’m not sure what my limits and boundaries are but I know they do include not trying to lift a mattress before you take your meds! LOL

So if things around here seem to slow down a bit, that’s why.  I’m helping her out the best I can.  I’m also still reading review books where I still can.  I am planning on revamping and keeping up with the cheap reads and freebies.  I just can’t right now.  The blog tours I’ve signed up for will still go on as planned.  I wouldn’t EVER let them or you guys down.  I’ll try to post some new content up here weekly and keep this place active.  If I fall off the facebook universe, it’s probably because I’m worn out.

I am going to do something over the summer so if any authors are interested, let me know!
